The Stadtnest is a newly renovated flat between the city centre and Südvorstadt. Morning coffee on the sunny balcony, evenings in the cafés and bars of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, just a walk away – the market square and St Thomas Church are about 5 minutes by tram.
City break, business trip or a visit to the University Hospital (approx. 800 m): this is a place to arrive and feel at home. The whole flat is yours during your stay.

Location
Arrival & parking
The flat comes with a free space in the underground car park (stacker parking) for vehicles up to 1.50 m high – please reserve it when booking. The entrance is on Schletterstraße; you will receive directions with your booking confirmation. For check-in, it is easiest to park briefly on Hohe Straße and then drive into the car park with the key from the flat.
When you arrive, call us from the front door and we will let you in. The flat is on the 1st floor; the lift runs from the mezzanine (one flight of stairs up to it).

The City of Leipzig charges 5 % on the overnight price and final cleaning. Children under 18 and guests with a severe disability (degree of disability 80 or more) are exempt – please fill in the tax exemption declaration before you arrive.
