How does check-in work?
Arrival between 3 pm and 11 pm, departure by 10 am. Give us a call shortly before you arrive – we will let you in personally and are happy to share tips for Leipzig and the lakes.
How much does an extra guest cost?
Our prices are for 2 guests. Each additional guest costs 15 € per night. Babies stay free.
How much is the final cleaning?
60 € per stay, regardless of length. Bed linen and towels are included.
Is there an accommodation tax?
For the Stadtnest in Leipzig, the City of Leipzig charges a 5 % accommodation tax (Beherbergungssteuer) on the overnight price including final cleaning – business trips included. It must not be charged for children and young people under 18 or for guests with a severe disability of degree 80 or more (with the “B” mark on the ID also for one companion); in that case, please fill in our tax exemption declaration in advance and show the proof on arrival. If you stay in Leipzig for necessary medical treatment, you pay the tax first and can then reclaim it from the Leipzig city treasury (Stadtkämmerei) – we will give you the invoice you need. No Leipzig accommodation tax is charged for the Seenest in Böhlen.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes, up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the cancellation fees in our rental terms apply.
Why book direct?
You book without a platform service fee, have Sven as your personal contact, can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival and can get an invoice for your company.
Where can I park?
Stadtnest: free underground parking space (stacker parking) for vehicles up to 1.50 m high, entrance via Schletterstraße – please reserve it when booking. Otherwise there is public parking around the building. Seenest: free parking in the courtyard (sign “Hideaway”).
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Enter the company name and billing address when booking and you will receive an invoice showing VAT.
Are there discounts for work crews and longer stays?
Yes: 10 % from 7 nights and 20 % from 28 nights on the overnight price. The final cleaning is charged only once. The Seenest offers up to 4 separate sleeping places, a washing machine and its own kitchen.
Is there a baby cot?
There is a baby cot in the Seenest. For the Stadtnest we are happy to provide one on request.
Is there a lift?
Stadtnest: 1st floor, the lift runs from the mezzanine, which is one flight of stairs up. Seenest: 3rd floor without a lift.
How do I get from Leipzig Central Station to the Stadtnest?
Take the S-Bahn to Bayerischer Bahnhof (3 stops); from there it is about 500 m on foot. Alternatively take the tram – the stop is about 150 m from the house.
