How does check-in work?

Arrival between 3 pm and 11 pm, departure by 10 am. Give us a call shortly before you arrive – we will let you in personally.

Where can I park?

Stadtnest: free underground parking space for vehicles up to 1.50 m high, please reserve it when booking – otherwise public parking around the building. Seenest: free parking in the courtyard.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes. Enter the company name and billing address when booking and you will receive an invoice showing VAT.

Can I cancel free of charge?

Free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Details are in our rental terms.
