Rental terms

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of doubt, the German version prevails.

1. Landlord

PATAMA Projekt GmbH, Lindenallee 32, 04420 Markranstädt, Germany.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The rental contract is concluded when we confirm your booking by email. The apartment may only be used by the persons stated in the booking.

3. Prices

• Prices are per night for 2 guests. Each additional guest costs 15 € per night; babies are free.
• Final cleaning: 60 € per stay.
• Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included.
• Stadtnest: plus 5 % City of Leipzig accommodation tax on the overnight price and final cleaning, unless an exemption applies.
• All prices include statutory VAT.

4. Payment

The full amount is due at booking and is paid via our booking system (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, etc.). Companies can pay by invoice; the invoice must then be paid within 7 days and no later than arrival. In the event of cancellation, we refund the amount according to section 5 to the same payment method.

5. Cancellation

• up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
• 13 to 3 days before arrival: 50 % of the overnight price
• from 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90 % of the overnight price; the final cleaning is not charged

You remain entitled to prove that we incurred no loss or a lower loss. If we are able to re-let the apartment, we will refund the rent accordingly. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

6. Arrival and departure

Arrival between 3 pm and 11 pm, departure by 10 am. Please call shortly before you arrive. Other times by arrangement.

7. House rules

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Please be considerate of the neighbours, especially between 10 pm and 6 am. Parties and events are not permitted. Please report any damage to us immediately.
